Peter Neeteson (piano, organ)

Peter plays the piano since he was 7 years old and had about 9 years of private piano lessons in his hometown of Delft in the Netherlands. His piano teacher wanted him to go to the conservatory, but Peter went on as a student in Wageningen. There he won a music festival and played with the Wageningen University Orchestra piano-solo. Later Peter took up (private) piano lessons from a conservatory music teacher in Amsterdam and church organ classes at the Conservatory in Utrecht. Peter plays classical and popular, from psalm to blues (five years in a blues band).

He was also for many years been a jury member, along with Cor Bakker, Laurens van Rooijen at piano competitions organized by him in shopping centers and has played together with Jan Vayne. Peter played as church organist in Zeist and Amerongen, was supervising several choirs, accompanied soloists of Netherlands RadioChoir, played with choirs and soloists and orchestra in Vredenburg (Utrecht) gives organ concerts and piano recitals, and a lunchtime concert in Bryant Park (New York). He also sometimes replaces choral conductors.

Music has been for Peter always a hobby spun out of control alongside his work. Peter is an agricultural engineer (Wageningen, planning) and worked in the world of real estate and spatial development. Since 2004 he works as an independent consultant. He is also active in the leisure industry and rents out both houses in the Czech Republic and Spain (www.neetesonvakantiehuizen.nl).

Since 2013 Peter resides mainly in Jávea. Peter organizes Momentos de Música www.momentosdemusica.es with indoor concerts (max. 40 guests) and garden concerts (max. 80 guests). Always with good food & drinks and a meet & greet, exclusive yet relaxed atmosphere. He is also a church organist in Denia and Benidorm.
