Josep Joaquim Sanchis (on bassoon) is born in Catarroja, Valencia, in 1989. He studied the bassoon at the Conservatori Superior de Música in Valencia with Prof. Julio Pallás, and lately he finished two masters at the Zürcher Hochschule der Kunste with Prof. Giorgio Mandolesi. He has been playing regularly together with many orchestras in Europe, like the Orchestre de Paris, Tonhalle Orchester,  Philharmonia Orchestra, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Royal Scottish National Orchestra, Berner Sinfonieorchester, Luzerner Sinfonieorchester, Concertgebouw Amsterdam, among others. On the national scene, he has played regularly with orchestras like Orquestra del Gran Teatre del Liceu, Orquestra Sinfónica del Principado de Asturias, Orquesta de Radio Televisión Española, Real Filarmonía de Galicia, Orquesta del Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia (Valencia).
